Terms & Conditons

  • The company is based in Storvreta, located north of Uppsala, and does not have a physical store. Would you like to get in touch with us? Send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will get back to you shortly.
  • To place an order from us you need to be 18 years or older.

Ordering:

  • When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail you provided. In the confirmation you will find all details about products, prices, billing-and delivery address.
  • If there is something wrong in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via e-mail at [email protected].

Please note that incenses are treated in the facilities, which may result in a scent on parcels, products and packages that may be strong for those sensitive to smells or who have allergies.

Additions to orders:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot make additions to already placed orders, since the payment methods do not allow for this.
  • You can place a new order and request it to be packed and shipped together with your previous order, if the previous order has not already been handled. Any additional shipping cost will be removed manually.

Delivery:

  • Our normal delivery times are 2-4 business days. Note! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday.
  • During promotions or holiday periods, the delivery times may be longer.
  • If there are any delays in delivery (without us having informed you about longer delivery times), please get in touch with us via e-mail at [email protected].

 

Incomplete information, etc.

  • Incomplete information, such as wrongly spelled names (first and last name), addresses, phone numbers, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. Collection points are very careful that the name on the order matches your identification. The information and personal details you provide when placing an order is automatically transferred to your order and your package.
  • Changes on order information made on the Postnord/Schenker page, will currently incur a charge of 250 SEK excl. VAT.
  • If your package is returned due to incomplete information, we will send it back to you at a cost of 150 SEK. This amount includes the return fee from the collection point, handling costs, and the new delivery cost. If you do not wish to receive the package again, you will be charged 299 SEK, which include the return fee and handling costs.

Check: Always check your package upon receipt for any damage or incorrect product. Please get in touch with us immediately, or within 5 days of receipt by sending us an e-mail at [email protected].

Reservation: Reservation for incorrect inventory balance, and typographical errors on the website. We also reserve the right to correct any potential writing or pricing errors. Stones are natural and may therefore vary in appearance, shape, and shade. Natural cracks and craters may occur, and over time, as well as with exposure to sunlight, color variations may occur. Please note that different monitors/screens may display colors differently. We reserve the right to update or change product information at any time.

Damages on the package:

  • If you see that the package is damaged, you must report it immediately to the post office or other carrier and make a damage report. The package should not be collected if it is damaged! If you do not discover the damage until after opening the package, and the damage can be attributed to the handling of the postal service or carrier, you should contact them and make a damage report. If any dispute with the postal service or carrier can not be resolved, please contact us.

Prices:

  • We send all our packages with Shenker or Postnord, and you make an active choice when you place your order regarding which shipping company you want to use.
  • Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK within Sweden
  • You make an active choice regarding where you want your package to be delivered. For shipments to countries outside the EU, we use UPS.

Deliveries:

  • All packages are sent to the collection point unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • If home delivery is desired, please notify us in the message box when placing your order, and we will send it with a letter mail if possible. If you want to ensure that your products are delivered directly to your mailbox, please contact us before you place your order to have this delivery method approved.
  • Letter mail: delivery to your mailbox, i.e. for products with a total weight of 2 kg and with a smaller volume, can be sent directly to your mailbox with letter mail. If we consider the shipment to be too large or if the product is too fragile, we reserve the right to refuse this delivery method.

 

  • If you choose delivery with letter mail, the delivery responsibility ceases when the shipment is placed in the mailbox. We disclaim the responsibility for secure transport since the package cannot be traced, which means that the responsibility for the product lies with the customer. Therefore, the customer cannot be compensated with a new product or refund if the package disappears during shipping.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply if your order has a heavier weight. Additional invoicing may occur for heavy package.

Right of withdrawal

  • When purchasing products on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the date you receive the ordered product.
  • Return of an entire order also includes any gifts. Returns where gifts or other parts are missing are counted as a partial return

Utilization of your right of withdrawal:

  • If you regret a purchase, you must notify us by email. The message should be sent to us at [email protected] and include your full name, address and email, order number, and which goods the return concerns.
  • Return the products as soon as possible, no later than within 14 days after the notification of the return to us.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in the original packaging for safe delivery.
  • Regarding the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the goods. This applies to the use of the product or damaged product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

We follow the consumer purchase law's right to complaint in case of production defects, regardless of the warranty period. We reserve the right to make a complaint assessment of returned goods.

Jewelry or goods that have been damaged due to careless handling are not approved as complaints. For example:

  • Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken.
  • Custom-made products tailored specifically to you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly consented to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.
  • Yoni eggs, massage wands
  • Jewelry Products that have been discolored due to contact with perfume, body fluids, or similar.
  • Products that have been in prolonged contact with water (base metals and certain crystals cannot withstand this).
  • Elastic bracelets, etc. (that wear out or are too small for the wrist in question).
  • Products with minor cosmetic flaws that have occurred in production. E.g., ceramic products
  • Crystal kits or subscriptions
  • An incomplete return of products that are returned where the packaging is broken, goods are missing, or damaged is not approved as a return. We waive the right to refund returns that are incomplete, damaged, broken, or missing upon receipt of the return. By prior agreement, the customer may be charged 150 SEK for handling costs for an incomplete return, please note that this is only possible with prior approval from us before the return is sent by the customer.
  • Delayed or/and unnotified returns are not approved. We waive the right to refund returns in these cases. By written agreement, the return may be approved. Upon approval of these returns, the customer will be charged a sum of 150 SEK for handling costs, as well as a late fee of 50 SEK, the amount is paid only via Swish. Damaged products, products with reduced prices, or items that have been discontinued are never approved for these returns.

Note! Crystals and stones are natural materials and may change color over time, when exposed to sunlight; natural scratches may also occur and are not accepted as a complaint. Jewelry, pendulums, or other assembled items may vary in composition, and minor glue residues may occur. These are often handmade and are therefore not considered a complaint but rather a variation in the product.

Stone rings are very fragile as they are thinly shaped and without reinforcement. These can easily break with careless handling, bumps, and pressure. They should be used carefully and preferably not worn together with other jewelry that could scratch or damage the stone. It's advisable to avoid moisture in connection with these rings (such as water, hand cream, hand sanitizer, or similar) to prevent abrasions, discoloration, or damage. This also applies to jewelry on elastic bands where the band can easily break with mishandling.

Strings of stone beads are largely handmade and may therefore vary slightly in the polished form, size, and natural pattern. Please note that the holes in the stone beads may vary slightly in size.

Unclaimed Packages:

  • Unclaimed packages are not considered returns. For unclaimed packages, a fee is charged to the customer.
  • If you wish to have your package resent, there is a fee of 199 SEK for packages up to 3kg, for packages over 3kg, the cost is up to 299 SEK. This fee includes the return fee, handling costs, and new shipping. The amount should be paid to us via Swish at 123 105 17 05.
  •  If you do not wish to have the package resent, you will be charged 350 SEK, including the return fee and handling costs.

Complaints:

  • We inspect all products before they are sent to you as a customer. If the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
  • You must always contact us for approval of a complaint before returning a defect item.
  • The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
  • If an item is missing, you must contact us via email at [email protected] within 8 days after receiving the package. Describe your issue, when you purchased your item, your order number, and which item is missing. Take a photo of the package showing that it is not damaged due to shipping. Also, provide a close-up photo of the shipping label showing the order number and customer address clearly and legibly. If we believe that the package is damaged due to shipping, we ask you to contact the shipping company to file a report. We reserve the right to refuse compensation if all points are not met; it is the customer's responsibility to contact the seller within a reasonable time as stipulated in the terms. This condition is supported by consumer purchase law.
  • For complaints, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Describe your issue, when you purchased your item, your order number, production defects, damages, etc. Also, attach photos of the product clearly showing the defect. Take the photo in good light with a suitable background. If we find that it is difficult to assess the product's defect from the photo, a return can be made at the customer's expense. Once the product has arrived at our facility, we can assess the damage to potentially approve or deny the complaint.
  • If we fail to rectify the error or deliver a similar product upon approved complaint, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
  • We cover the shipping costs for approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board.
  • If a complaint is not approved, the items are considered a return, and the customer will only be reimbursed for the amount of the products, not the return shipping cost. If the withdrawal period has elapsed, the customer will be charged a new shipping cost to return the items. By agreement, products can be returned despite exceeding the return period, and a handling fee of 20 SEK per product will be charged to the customer. *This exception applies only with written agreement and if the item has not been discontinued.

Environment

We care about the environment and reuse packaging and packaging materials as much as possible to reduce environmental impact.

Bonus Points

To take advantage of bonus points, you need to have an account with us. This means that every time you shop on our website, you earn bonus points that are saved under your account. The points can then be used as discount vouchers in future purchases with us. You can check how many points you have and use them whenever you want by redeeming them with a purchase. The discount voucher can be used in its entirety or split across different purchases. When you reach 10,000 points, the voucher will be automatically sent to you.

Please note that the validity period of bonus points is 1 year from the date of purchase and they cannot be exchanged for cash, only used in purchases at andekvarts.se.

Reseller / Contract Customer:

Do you want to become a reseller with us? Then you are welcome to visit www.andekvartsb2b.se where you can submit your application. To become a reseller, you need to have an active and registered company. You will find a form on the website where you fill in your details under the reseller section. After that, we will get in touch with you.

Images, Text and Photographs:

  • Images/photos displayed on our website are product images and should be seen as illustrations and are not representation of the exact appearance or function of the item. Exceptions apply to products photographed separately, where that specific product is showed.
  • Stones are natural materials and may therefore vary in shape, shade, and clarity. Natural cracks and irregularities may occur. Please note that some items have only one product image and the stones vary in appearance. If you desire a specific look for the crystals, please write your request in the message box when ordering, and we will then select stones that best match those specifications.
  • Images may not be copied or used without permission from Andekvarts AB. These are subject to copyright and belong to Andekvarts AB. If used without permission by borrowing or stealing, a fee of 300 SEK per image will be charged.
  • Images/photos are taken in the studio with studio lightning; therefore, the stones may appear darker or lighter than in reality. (Note that different screens may display different colors.) Photos of the stones provide a guideline of how they may appear, but variations occur as they are natural.

Subscription box

  • When you choose to subscribe to any of our subscription boxes, you enter into a binding agreement. The agreement includes a one-month notice period for termination of the subscription box. Payment for the box is made in advance, which means you will receive your subscription box after the payment has been approved.
  • Payment for subscription boxes is only done via Klarna.
  • There is no right of withdrawal for Subscription boxes.
  • In case of non-payment, you will be charged a reminder fee. We will contact you if your payment is not completed and provide you with an opportunity to make the payment again before the reminder fee is charged.
  • Recruit a friend and both receive a 15% discount on the first/next box - valid only for subscription boxes. The discount is only applicable after the referred person becomes a subscriber. We await the recruited friend to become a subscriber within 7 days after we receive information about the recruitment.

 

Cancel subscription box

In order to cancel your subscription box, please send a message to our email: [email protected]. In the email, include your full name and specify which subscription box you wish to terminate. These subscription boxes have a one-month notice period, which you as a customer agree to upon purchasing the product.

We use the email address you provide to send information and updates regarding your order, occasional newsletters, related product information, etc. If you no longer wish to receive such messages, you will find information on how to unsubscribe at the end of each email.
