Vitamin E oil is produced from wheat germ and has an antioxidant effect that extends shelf life and slows down oxidation of fats and oils, which contributes to hydrated and healthy skin. Vitamin E oil is used to advantage on the skin (preferably through massage so it can easily penetrate and work in the skin), as face oil, as skin cream/lotion and in the hair.
Use:
Vitamin E has several uses and is good for both face, body and hair. It can counteract skin conditions such as stretch marks, liver spots and dryness. It can also be used as both hair oil, lip oil and nail oil as it has a repairing, moisturizing and strengthening effect. Vitamin E oil is also known to be able to counteract wrinkles and can also act as a protection against UV radiation. The vitamin protects the skin (to some extent) from burning by absorbing the rays.
