Handmade Rattles made by the Navajo tribe. All rattles are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, with the name of the manufacturer.
Size: 15-17cm, excluding the tassels.
Material: The round rattle head is made of leather, molded for protection.
Decoration: all rattles are handmade and may vary in appearance, they may have an arrowhead, or crystal on the handle.
The rattle is called the Miniature Dance Rattle - the original rattle is believed to be a gift from the spirits. Where the purpose of the rattle is to invoke the spirits. Rattles are considered sacred and are to be used in rituals, religious festivals and by medicine men.
The rattle can be used to call in helping spirits in healing work or to assist in a healing ceremony. Shamans also use rattles to "shake out" negative energies from a person.
