Diamond quartz crystals are similar to the Herkimer diamonds from New York State that we are all familiar with, but they originate in Baluchistan, Pakistan. Pakistani diamond quartz are double-terminated quartz crystals with a hexagonal growth pattern that grow in cavities in the rock that often contain hydrocarbons and hematite. Hydrocarbons and hematite are often seen as dark inclusions in the crystal.
Diamond quartz is an excellent meditation stone, with a very high frequency energy. It is grounding but still has a physically uplifting energy. Helps to clear the mind and body of unconscious fears and other negative energies by stimulating the flow.
