Aroma Oils can be used, aroma mugs, Aroma burners, as room sprays, to cleanse crystals and stones, on the body. Can be dripped into a burner to create a lovely scent in a room, perhaps before a treatment. All oils are of a high quality.
Essential Oils consist of 100% essential oil and are undiluted, they are highly concentrated essences with a strong scent and should therefore always be diluted in a base oil before e.g. applied to the skin. Some examples of base oils are sweet almond, jojoba and coconut oil.
Essential oils are volatile, which means they evaporate when they come into contact with air. Regardless of how you use the essential oil, you will always inhale some of it and thus benefit from the oil's therapeutic properties.
