Charoit was officially described in 1978 and named after the river Chary at Aldan in Russia. This is the only place in the world where real charoit is mined.
It is transparent to transparent when kept in the light. Charoit is created from fibrous interconnected crystal masses.

Charoit is a purple stone that comes from Russia and is a rare and precious stone. It has a strong spiritual energy that shows us how we can make changes in life. Provides insight and healing on all levels, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
