Meaning & Properties

Vanadinite is a powerful stone with strong energies that can be experienced by most people. It grounds the user by centering the soul in the physical body and helping the wearer become comfortable and find their place in the earth's environment. Through its energization, it creates endurance, mental strength and confidence for the user himself. It encourages creativity and opens itself up to be inspired by the outside world.

Vanadin can help the user look inward to see their personal goals more clearly and support people along the way to stick to and achieve them. At the same time, this stone can help the user curb unnecessary cravings, over-consuming and over-using things. It helps the user to bring clarity, see their needs, maintain focus and thus be able to filter out what is important and useful for people.

This stone vibrates and activates the sacral and solar plexus chakras, balancing and revitalizing sexual energy. They let the energy flow through the body and mind, which increases fine own energy and commitment.

✰ Tips! Feel free to place this stone in your wallet where it can help you reduce the urge to overspend and waste money.

History & Facts

Vanadinite is a beautiful often sparkling stone known for its glowing red and orange tones. It is named after the element Vanadis of which it is partly composed, but some also believe that the name is inspired by the Nordic goddess Vanadis (also known as Freyja) who is a symbol of beauty and fertility.

The stone was first found in the middle of the 19th century and can now be found on several plastics around the world, although it is considered rare. It occurs in various designs, but many can be found as smaller crystals in the form of hexagons and pyramidal spikes.

Vanadinite is mainly formed in drier environments with a high content of vanadium and which have gradually come into contact with lead-enriched and mineralized liquid. Due to its high lead content, the crystal has a sensitivity and should be handled carefully and not in contact with water or moisture.
